Multifunctional wearable heaters are essential for smart healthcare and soft electronics, requiring high transparency, stretchability, and low-voltage operation. This study introduces a dual-plasticizer strategy using dibutyl adipate (DBA) as the primary plasticizer and propylene carbonate (PC) with ethylene carbonate (EC) as high-dielectric secondary plasticizers in polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The resulting PVC-gel achieves a high dielectric loss (>3 × 103) and dissipation factor (~295), enabling efficient dielectric heating. The heater shows excellent stretchability (300%) and optical transparency (>90%), reaching 60 °C at 350 V with a fast heating rate (0.76 °C s-1) and high power efficiency (1.015 W cm-2). It offers uniform, stable heating for 20,000 s, even under strain, supporting therapeutic use and thermal sensing. A gesture-recognition system is also demonstrated, highlighting its potential for next-generation wearable electronics.
