3D printing enables rapid prototyping of complex structures, and PEDOT:PSS has emerged as a promising material for bioelectronics due to its tissue-like mechanical and electrical properties. However, existing PEDOT:PSS inks suffer from long post-treatment, low conductivity, and poor printability for high-aspect ratio structures. We present a one-shot strategy for the fabrication of PEDOT:PSS ink that achieves high biocompatibility, structural stability for tall 3D structures, and high conductivity. Using ionic liquid-assisted colloidal stacking via centrifugation, we developed a viscoplastic PEDOT:PSS-ionic liquid colloidal (PILC) ink with high-resolution printability (50 μm) and high conductivity (286 S/cm). We demonstrated the on-demand and versatile applicability of PILC inks through 3D circuit boards, on-skin e-tattoos for physiological monitoring, and implantable devices for opto-electrocorticography, sciatic nerve stimulation, and deep-brain recordings.
