Ferroelectric polymers such as PVDF-TrFE, PVDF-HFP, and PVDF-CFE are promising candidates for stretchable capacitors and memory devices owing to their mechanical deformability and electroactive properties. Nonetheless, their inherently low remanent polarization (Pr) and the considerable challenge of inducing the polar β-phase remain critical limitations to ferroelectric performance. To address these issues, a bilayer structure was designed with a top layer comprising a P(VDF-TrFE)/PEG diamine blend to preserve elasticity, while the bottom layer of amine-functionalized graphene oxide (AGO) facilitated dipole alignment and epitaxial crystallization through strong interfacial coupling. This bilayer configuration significantly enhanced Pr via improved β-phase orientation and domain alignment driven by AGO-induced epitaxy. This strategy may be applicable to the development of high-performance flexible ferroelectrics and wearable electronics.
