Stretchable triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) have garnered significant attention in wearable electronics and self-powered sensors. However, achieving intrinsically stretchable TENGs with stable performance under mechanical deformation remains a major challenge, including inter-layer adhesion. Here, we present the intrinsically stretchable ionogel-based TENGs (S-iTENG). The optimized S-iTENG exhibits high stretchability and voltage output, maintaining stable operation even at 80% strain.
