Accurate blood flow monitoring is essential for recovery after complex cardiothoracic surgery, enabling real-time assessment of the surgical site. Yet, precise arterial flow monitoring using implantable wireless devices remains challenging. We present a soft adhesive vascular sensor that integrates a pressure sensor for high-resolution flow monitoring. Composed of viscoelastic, self-healing, energy-dissipative layers and an instant adhesive hydrogel, it ensures conformal contact with soft tissues. Its adaptive interface allows high-fidelity detection of micro-deformations from arterial pulsation and respiration. In a rat model, a wireless implant enabled continuous postoperative hemodynamic monitoring, providing precise, high-quality flow data for real-time evaluation of recovery.
