Barium titanate (BaTiO₃, BTO) has been recognized as a highly promising material for enhancing the electrical performance of composites due to its high dielectric constant. However, aggregation and non-uniform dispersion of BTO nanoparticles with high surface energy limit the electrical performance and mechanical stability of the composites. To overcome these challenges, this study designs BTO/PDMS composites by inducing the self-assembly of BTO nanoparticles at the liquid–liquid interface, thereby achieving stable and uniform particle dispersion along with the formation of internal polymer network structure. Additionally, surface modification of BTO particles enhances interfacial compatibility between the particles and polymer matrix, effectively suppressing particle aggregation. The resulting BTO/PDMS composites exhibit excellent dielectric properties, suggesting practical potential for next generation electromagnetic applications.
