내용
Polyimide is a high-performance polymer material that is widely used in various industrial fields due to its excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and electrical insulation properties. In this study, diamines containing asymmetric functional groups were synthesized, and polyimide films were fabricated using (4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride (6FDA), 3,3,4,4-diphenylsulfonetetracarboxylicdianhydride (DSDA), 4,4'-(4,4'-Isopropylidenediphenoxy)diphthalic Anhydride (BPADA). The chemical structures of the diamine monomers and polyimides were confirmed by Fourier transform nuclear magnetic resistance (FT-NMR) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and the thermo-mechanical properties of the polyimide films were investigated using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and universal tension measurement (UTM).
