Intrinsically stretchable organic solar cells (IS-OSCs) have attracted significant attention as self-powered energy sources for wearable electronics, owing to their superior stretchability, seamless integration onto diverse surfaces, and facile fabrication. For mechanical robustness under tensile strain, the transparent electrode is crucial, since strong adhesion at the substrate/transparent electrode interface prevents device failure. Despite its importance, the development of stretchable electrodes for IS-OSCs remains relatively underexplored. To enhance adhesion between the substrate and the bottom electrode, we incorporated GOPS into PH1000 to enable cross-linking with the TPU substrate. As a result, the cross-linked PH1000 electrode enabled IS-OSCs to achieve a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 14.59% and to retain 71% of their initial PCE under 40% strain.
