This study investigates co-adsorbed self-assembled monolayers (CA-SAMs) for improving interfacial properties in perovskite optoelectronic devices. CA-SAMs induced a more negative surface potential and enhanced work function alignment, facilitating efficient hole extraction. AFM and SEM confirmed smoother morphology and larger grains, indicating improved crystallinity. Photoluminescence and electrical analyses showed reduced trap density and enhanced charge transport. XPS verified strong molecular adsorption and mixed monolayer formation. Compared to pristine SAMs, CA-SAMs suppressed molecular aggregation and voids, resulting in more uniform coverage and better energy alignment. These effects led to reduced dark current and improved device performance. The findings support CA-SAM processing as an effective strategy for interfacial engineering in perovskite photoelectronics, contributing to stable and efficient charge extraction.
