Passive daytime radiative cooling (PDRC) is a sustainable method to reduce surface temperatures without energy input. Conventional TiO₂-based coatings offer limited mid-infrared emissivity. We developed a scalable, water-based acrylic coating with glass bubbles and inverse opal photonic particles to enhance cooling performance. The coating achieved a solar reflectivity of 0.74 and an emissivity of 0.94, resulting in a subambient cooling effect of 5.6 °C and net cooling power of 119.59 W/m². Life cycle assessment (LCA) verified a 72.7% reduction in CO₂ emissions. Durability tests confirmed resistance to thermal aging and weathering, demonstrating practical applicability in sustainable architecture.
