Back-contact perovskite solar cells (BC-PSCs) maximize photon absorption and charge collection. Efficient charge extraction, however, requires sophisticated interface engineering. We developed a novel electron transport layer (ETL) via a simple spin-coating process, combining nanoparticle SnO₂ with a sol–gel SnO₂ solution. This significantly enhances interfacial contact, reduces trap-assisted recombination, and improves energy-level alignment. Through advanced microscopy, we demonstrated that the BC-PSC achieves a 4.52% power conversion efficiency, attributed to superior charge collection. The back-contact configuration also enables direct analysis of interfacial charge dynamics, providing crucial insights into carrier transport. These results highlight interface-engineered BC-PSCs as a scalable, high-performance platform for next-generation photovoltaics
