Soft pressure sensors are in high demand due to their mechanical deformability, but their growing production inevitably contributes to increased waste. However, conventional soft pressure sensors often overlook environmental impacts, both during fabrication and disposal. Here, we present a fully recyclable all-soft capacitive pressure sensor. The device consists of porous SEBS active layer and Ni@Ag/SEBS electrode. The porous SEBS film is fabricated using green solvents 2-MeTHF and IPA. 2-MeTHF acts as a good solvent that readily dissolves SEBS, while IPA serves as a poor solvent that induces phase separation. The selective evaporation of 2-MeTHF, owing to its lower boiling point than IPA, induces phase separation and results in the porous structure. Similarly, 2-MeTHF dissolves SEBS to embed Ni@Ag flakes and form a soft electrode. Remarkably, the device can be readily recycled by immersing it in 2-MeTHF, which dissolves SEBS matrix and enables magnetic recovery of Ni@Ag flakes.
