Abstract
Numerous methodologies for scaling up the perovskite photovoltaics is prevalent within the research community. A primary challenge has been to commercialize the system that is simple, scalable and environmentally sustainable. Herein, scalable n-i-p architecture has been devised to achieve a printable perovskite thin-film-based solar module with environmental adaptability and articulated through a straightforward, anti-solvent free growth process at ambient. To obtain high-quality printed perovskite film, the perovskite ink were engineered by adjusting it's viscosity. The perovskite solar module exhibits the highest performance with a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of approximately 16.3% (area 12.9 cm2), underscoring the potential of these ambient printing techniques. This strategy utilizes a minimal amount of inks and offers the advantage of large-area fabrication in perovskite solar technologies at ambient.
