Light-programmable transistors are promising for next-generation electronics, but UV-light operation compromises stability and safety. Here we demonstrate the first all-organic photoprogrammable OFET operating exclusively under visible light using a ternary blend of DPP-DTT, a diarylethene photoswitch (DAE-HP), and a triplet sensitizer (4CzIPN). Reversible current modulation is achieved via photocyclization at 450 nm and photocycloreversion at 520 nm, yielding a switching ratio >10³ and stable operation over 100 cycles. Structural and spectroscopic analyses reveal that DAE-HP and 4CzIPN co-localize within amorphous domains without disrupting polymer crystallinity, enabling efficient triplet–triplet energy transfer and visible-light photoswitching. These results establish nanoscale organization as a key principle for UV-free, durable, and solution-processable light-programmable organic electronics.
