We present a multi-channel organ-on-a-chip platform engineered for drug screening by integrating a perfusable microvascular network within a hydrogel-based microfluidic environment. The device features parallel microchannels that enable controlled compartmentalization and sustained culture within a three-dimensional collagen hydrogel. Gravity-driven perfusion, generated by hydrostatic pressure differences between external reservoirs, supports continuous medium exchange without external pumps. This platform provides a practical and physiologically relevant in vitro framework for evaluating drug responses in a vascularized hydrogel microenvironment, offering a simplified alternative for preclinical screening and mechanistic studies.
